HARDWARE DESIGN

Hardware design jobs, from idea to finished documentation.

All hardware design jobs, consists of complete calculations, electrical schematics, parts lists, marking lists and all other documentation needed by the panel builders.

All designs are done accordingly to EU standards and following the machine directive EN-60204

By request it is also possible to have hardware done so it complies UL/CSA standards.

SOFTWARE DVELOPMENT

Software development jobs, either it is complete new software or changes.

All software development jobs, are mainly done in Siemens TIA portal, this is where I have the most experience. It is not impossible to request other platformes, but there will be some learning time.

Software is developed according to the machine builders wishes and specifications.

For screen software development (HMI) first choose is Siemens panels, but I also have experience with Pro-face panels.

DATA LOGGING

Data logging or data exchange, becomes more and more necessary.

All data logging systems are custom jobs, and will be developed by request, since there is so many different wishes for what to store and how to show the data.

Data logging systems, normally consist of an industrial PC platform or similar, a storeriage place, and some software to dispaly the data in an easy to understand graphically way.

Data logging is used more and more, to keep an overview of production times and optimazation, an OEE value is used to have the total overview of a production line or machine.

Now a days energy consumption is a big focus, so logging of energy data is very valuable data for optimization.

Standard production data reports is also somting that is widely used.
